Museumhuis Van Eysinga

A former noble residence, owned by one of Friesland's most influential families. Today, the urban estate is a museum house. As a visitor, reserve a time slot and explore the estate. Explore the owners' rooms but don't forget to visit the staff rooms either. 

Keimpemastins

The Keimpemastins (estate) was built at the beginning of the 14th century and probably commissioned by the Keimpema family. The estate has served several purposes: residence, warehouse, school and vicarage. Today, it is a private residence. 

Blokhuispoort

Originally a collection of buildings, throughout the years, a complex formed. Eventually turning into a coercion castle, overlooking the city of Leeuwarden.
