Château de Chambord

The Loire includes many picturesque castles. Chambord isn't only picturesque, but majestic and impressive as well. Commissioned by King Francis I, and Leonardo Da Vinci has co-designed elements (such as the famous double-spiral staircase). The castle has provided inspiration for the design of other castles in Europe. Today, it attracts many tourists annually.
