Panemunes pilis

Panemunes Castle is one of Lithuania's best-preserved Renaissance buildings. The country hosts several castles, to defend the country. However, Panemunes castle did not serve this purpose. Instead, it was built as a manor, including residential and farm buildings. Visitors can explore several rooms and enjoy the park that surrounds the castle.
