Haapsalu piiskopilinnus

Visit Haapsalu castle and you will visit both a castle and a cathedral. As it was the seat of the Bishopric of Ösel–Wiek. During history, importance changed as the seat of the Bishopric moved and the castle saw a variety of owners; kings and counts owned the castle. Today, you can visit the castle, and explore the exhibition while children may enjoy the playground. And if you are really lucky, you may encounter the white lady. Or at least, learn about the legend.
