Narva Hermanni linnus

The Narva river, and intersection of two important trade routes were behind the establishment of Narva castle. It was commissioned when Narva was being part of the Danish kingdom. Later on, it was sold to the Livonian Order. After them, Swedes, Germans and Russians once owned the castle. Today, you can enjoy special events, join a guided tour or workshop and visit the museum within the castle.
