Koninklijk Paleis Amsterdam

Originally built as Amsterdam's townhall, to show the splendour of the city. As it was considered to be the world's epicenter during the 17th century. Louis Napoleon used it as a palace and the Orange-Nassau dynasty continued doing so. Today, the palace is still used for official ceremonies.
